1.) Make sure that you have working cproxy configuration.

2.) Open your Internet Explorer then follow the screenshots below,
3.) click ok, then test your IE connection by visiting any website such as www.yahoo.com.
4.) Open your YM then follow screenshots below,
5.) Click apply then ok.
6.)Sign-in to your YM.( Just retry until connected)

Whenever I look at your blog in Safari, it looks fine however, if opening in IE, it has some
