Using Ultrasurf
(configure first your dashbord/modem)
Mirror 1 >>> Ultrasurf

2.) Open it, the file was zipped, extract it using winzip, etc.
I recommend put it on your desktop. Just put the zipped file to your desktop then right click it and select extract here.

3.) After extracting, run the ultrasurf

4.) Click Options

5.) Copy the check/uncheck option like in the image below then click Proxy Settings.
Select Manual Proxy Setting then input your working proxy and port. (The image proxy and port below are for globe)

6.) Click retry or restart your ultrasurf.

If your connection is slow, try changing fast proxy and port.

1.) Tools > Options

2.) Profile Management > New

3.) Profile Name: anyname (e.g.Ultrasurf)
Select Static. APN: http://www.globe.com.ph/
Access number: *99***1# , Save then Ok

4.) Select your new profile (ultrasurf) then connect.

1.) Settings > Network Settings > Config file

(filename, dial number and APN), click ok.

Set Default, then use it to connect.

There are so many proxy available but I doesn't test them since I use globe network. I will post some later, for now you must openline your smart broadband kit and switch to globe network if you want.

Meron po ba kayong alam na ultrasurf for mac os x? I downloaded ultrasurf for windows na po kasi and then I downloaded winebottler para ma-run ung unlisurf.exe sa mac os x. Pero kahit na I tried all the possible proxies there are on this page, I always get stuck sa "Contacting server" sa ultrasurf. Any help?
ei sensya na po, to tell you frankly, wala po me kaalam alam sa mac eh, hehe but the proxy use on the tutorial is still working, make sure na nasunod po lahat from the dashboard settings, your ultrasurf and to your browsers. Hnd ko po alam kung sa proxy yan or sa OS ang problema...

@Seyer, thanks for the info. globe is under maintenance that's why there are free browse sometimes. This happens most on cell phones. For now please wait for the magic IP tutorial. It has reliable speed and stability and yet no need account or anythird apps. Please wait for the tutorial,may be tomorrow.

Sa mga Tattoo users, pls shift to Smart Bro. Gumagana parin ang sa smart. Just follow the steps above and use the ultrasurf proxy 10.102.61.46 and port 8080. Wag nyong kalimutang palitan ang sim ng smartbro nyo ng ordinary smart buddy lang. Just maintain 2 pesos.

I tried both 211 and 333 wala ding nangyari. I uninstalled Bro at I deleted folder in the Prog Files. Wala pa rin. Any advice po. I used the blocked SIM.
